Your Credit Union's Home Equity Loan establishes a secured “line of credit” that you may draw on—up to your credit limit. Or, you can opt for our closed end fixed rate second mortgage. You make the choice that fits your needs.

• Variable Rate line of credit also available which is based on the prime rate disclosed in the Wall Street Journal, adjusted semi-annually

• Home Equity Loans are based on 75% to 90% of the appraised value minus 1st mortgage (depending on credit score).
