ANNUAL MEETING NOTICE

THE ANNUAL MEETING OF JEEP COUNTRY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION


The Board of Directors is pleased to announce that the annual meeting of Jeep Country Federal Credit Union will be held on Saturday October the 19th, 2024 between 10am and 12pm at the Manhattan location 559 Manhattan Blvd. The Board encourages you to attend this important meeting. Here you will be provided financial reports for 2023 along with the Board’s plans for the upcoming year.

If you are interested in running for a position on the Board, Please Contact Jeep Country Federal Credit Union’s Supervisory Committee in writing by October 10th, 2024. Please address your request for the attention of (Jeep Country FCU Nominating Committee). All requests must be received by the end of business October 10th, 2024. No nominations from the floor will be allowed so have your request in by the deadline. The nominating committee will screen nominees for eligibility and qualification. If eligible and qualified for nomination, their name will appear on the distributed ballot presented at the Annual Meeting. You may submit your request in person at any open Jeep Country FCU facility or mail to:

Members will be handed a ballot upon entry to the meeting. You are to select a candidate and/or candidates and place the ballot in the election box. In order to hold a position and for your vote to count, you must be a member in good standing. No past employee(s) are eligible to hold a position on the Board. The newly elected official/officials will be announced in the following quarterly statement. Jeep Country Federal Credit Union values your membership and the privilege of serving you.
